Booking Conditions
Prices quoted are room only and do not include a breakfast. A continental self service breakfast is available and items are individually charged.
Accommodation will only be reserved on receipt of valid credit/debit card details. This includes the 16 digit number on the front of the card, expiry date and security code (also the issue number for switch card holders). The first night's accommodation is taken from the card and is non-refundable. If paying by cheque, cheque must be in Sterling and accompanied by a cheque guarantee card or sent in sufficient time to have funds cleared prior to arrival.
Large group or whole hostel bookings require to pay a deposit of 50% - 100% of the total cost depending on the time of year. Any outstanding balance is payable on arrival.
Cancellations
In the event of less than 1 weeks notice or non-arrival the first night will be charged in full. During July and August subsequent booked nights will be charged at 50%.
Large Group or Whole Hostel Bookings
In the event of written cancellation, recieved a minimum of 4 weeks prior to arrival, the first nights accommodation will be charged in full and any surplus payment will be refunded. In the event of shorter notice or non arrival no refund will be made.
